Greetings Friends and Family! Here is our family photo collection for 2009. We've had another wonderful year and are sharing it in these photos. First few photos are of the snow that stops everything here in NC, followed by photos from our spring break outing were we managed to hike and camp on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia's beautiful Shenandoah National Park. Of course, we always visit Grammy for a weekend or two at Hilton Head, so you'll see us landing the sailboat over the waves. Our next vacation trip was to the Cabin in Minnesota where the boys got to be in the Lake Florida 4th of July floatilla along with some photos of the Pearthree Family Cabin. We also had a great trip to Historical Williamsburg VA with Ken, Debby, Matt & Stephen Gerken, Cassie Gerken, and ourselves - really helped the boys with early American history understanding. There's a few photos from our journey up to Auntie Beth & Uncle Eds in OH, along the way we stayed in Hawks Nest National Park and did some exploring along the way. Following that are a few photos of a wedding we just attended in Asheville, NC. And last but not least, our beautiful garden. This year we managed to train our garden to grow up rather than out - even created a "cucumber tree" where we trained the vines to travel up our peach tree! Hope you all enjoy our collection.
